Drivers
Each driver signs in with their name and a 6-digit PIN. Capitals and spaces don't matter. If two drivers share a name, give one a different sign-in name, like “Johan B”. Switch a driver off when they leave; their past shifts stay.
Lists
One per line. These show as suggestions on the driver screens so names stay consistent. Drivers can still type something new.
Extra public holidays
South Africa's standard public holidays are built in, including Good Friday, Family Day and the Monday after a holiday that falls on a Sunday. Add any extra days the government declares here, one per line as YYYY-MM-DD. Hours on these days count as overtime at 2×.
